during my stay, I loved the convenience of having so many dining options just a few steps away and the beautiful Parque Pies Descalzos within a short walk, making it easy to unwind and explore the city on foot.

The staff was friendly and accommodating during my stay.

I was thoroughly disappointed with the noise levels in my room, which were unbearable. Loud music and chatter from the surrounding areas continued until early morning hours, preventing any chance of sleep. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable, featuring the hardest pillows imaginable, which left me with a sore neck. The hot water in the shower took an unreasonably long time to heat up, and the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, creating a mess. Given these issues, I couldn't wait to check out.

The location near great restaurants and cafes was a real highlight. I loved the cleanliness of the room and the incredible terrace view—it made mornings special. However, noise was a significant problem. walls felt paper thin. I could hear loud music from surrounding areas late into the night, making it hard to sleep. The breakfast was basic, just eggs in various forms and limited fruit options, which left me wanting more variety. Also, the water pressure in the shower wasn't consistent, and it took a while for hot water to come through. Overall, the stay had its enjoyable moments but definitely had areas that need improvement.

The staff's warmth made my stay special, especially their help with luggage and the complimentary tea. Notably, the eggs at breakfast were served just right, making mornings delightful.

Single traveler’s decent choice

So, the breakfast was real good! Eggs, toast, fruits. All included! But make sure to ask about your options first. I was surprised nobody told me that before. And let me tell you, the location is great! Just a few minutes to tons of places like bars and restaurants. Got my shower cap ready for those waterfall showers, gotta love it.

The soundproofing in the rooms could definitely use improvement. noise from the hallways was bothersome at times.
